Every call-out finished across the metro — repairs, installations and the scheduled servicing that is neither.

What Perth locals say
Across the metro — from the coastal strip to the Hills and the southern corridor.
“The bottom of our roller door had rusted through from the inside and we had no idea until it started dragging. Explained exactly what salt does out here and replaced the rail rather than talking us into a whole new door.”
“Door stopped halfway at about nine at night with the car stuck inside. Someone actually picked up, gave me a straight window, and turned up inside it. No drama.”
“Booked a service after years of doing nothing. He found a cable that was fraying and a spring most of the way through its life — neither of which I would have spotted. Would rather know now than at 6am on a work day.”

Questions we get asked
Which Perth suburbs do you actually cover?
All 288 of them, across nine regions from Two Rocks in the north to Kwinana in the south and Mundaring's edge in the east. What changes by suburb is how quickly a van can get there, and we tell you that honestly on the phone rather than promising same-day everywhere.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The diagnostic estimate is free, you get the cost of the job before any work starts, and you are free to decline it. There are no prices anywhere on this site because a garage door fault cannot be priced without seeing it — anyone quoting you a figure over the phone is guessing.
Are you licensed?
Western Australia has no garage-door trade licence category. Builder registration exists, but it only applies to building work above a value threshold that a garage door repair never comes close to. Any WA garage-door company publishing a licence number is publishing something that does not exist. What we do carry is full insurance and a written 12-month workmanship warranty.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on the corridor. Inner and middle-ring suburbs are usually same day; the outer growth corridors are often next day unless a van is already working nearby. Every suburb page on this site carries its own honest window rather than one number pasted across the metro.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
No — we are a fully mobile service. The technicians work out of stocked vans and come to you, which is why there is no address on this site to drop in to. For a new door, the measure happens at your place, which is where it needs to happen anyway.
What brands do you work on?
We carry parts for B&D, Merlin, Centurion, Steel-Line, Grifco, Danmar, Gliderol, Automatic Technology, and we work on unbranded and older doors too. If a part has to be ordered in we will tell you before we start rather than after.
